At Hector Wine Company, we are deeply committed to making wines that reflect the values of our centuries old family farm, Sawmill Creek Vineyards.
For every single wine we craft, we start by handpicking in the vineyard before hand sorting back at the winery. We allow for long fermentations, never rushing the wines into bottles before they’re ready. Our small production wines are carefully curated to express balance and terroir. This dedication to craftsmanship and quality is fueled by the rich history of the vineyards and the family legacy we are proud to carry on.

Our white portfolio allows us to create wines with brightness and balance. Aromatic, mainly dry with a few off dry offerings, the whites are teeming with energy.
Our red portfolio is a true reflection of the vineyard. By employing spontaneous fermentations and no fining or filtering, the reds are expressive and distinctive of each vintage.

The Tasting Room
The tasting room at Hector Wine Company is open daily. Our friendly staff will seat you inside our tasting room or at one of our outdoor tables. Your server will walk you through the options for flights, glasses and bottles — the wine choices and pour size are up to you!
Saddle up and enjoy a glass or bottle of your favorite HWC wine in our tasting room or outdoors!
To provide the most robust tasting experience for our guests, we scrapped the traditional face-to-face, individual tastings for a selection of curated wine flights.
You can also enjoy charcuterie options with your wine from our artisanal market.
