The Reds

2019 Essence
Essence is a full bodied Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (46% ), Cabernet Franc (34% ) and Merlot (20%). All grapes are handpicked and handsorted and each barrel is carefully selected for a perfectly balanced blend.

2020 Lemberger
Handpicked from the vineyard adjacent to the winery, this Lemberger is a “nouveau” style red wine that is fruit forward and easy drinking. Made in large format French oak, it is a limited production wine at only 100 cases.

Soul Red
Our medium bodied, house style dry red. It is a blend of Syrah, Chancellor, Lemberger, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Sleek, with nice complexity.

2020 Syrah
A rare varietal in the Finger Lakes, our 2019 Syrah reflects a Northern Rhone style. Fermented using indigenous yeast and bottled unfined/unfiltered for great expression of terroir and varietal character.

2020 Cabernet Franc
An expressive representation of this classic Finger Lakes varietal, our Cabernet Franc is aged in large format French oak barrels and bottled unfined/unfiltered.

2019 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon
Fermented using indigenous yeast and bottled without any fining or sterile filtration for an expressive wine that is balanced with both strength and finesse. Aged in oak for 18 months.

The Whites

2021 Pinot Blanc
Fermented and aged in French oak, this dry white is rich and complex while still maintaining freshness and verve.

2021 Pinot Gris
This medium bodied Pinot Gris is partially aged in neutral French oak barrels to give it texture and density while still maintaining fruit and minerality.

2020 Dry Riesling
Representative of what Finger Lakes terroir can do, this Riesling is fermented dry in stainless steel for a wine that is crisp with bright acidity and balance.

2020 Signature Chardonnay
Representing our commitment to handcrafted wines made with Soul, our signature series is about bold wines that stand out in our cellar for the vintage.

2021 Luminessence
Co-fermented blend of each of our Alsatian white wine grapes. Bright, full, zippy with a hint of spice, it embodies the varietal characteristics of each the Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewürztraminer.

2020 Gewürztraminer
Cold soaked on the skins for 48 hours, this dry Gewurztraminer has very distinctive varietal character.

2020 Semi-Dry Riesling
A Riesling made in stainless steel with just a touch of sweetness. This is an off-dry style that is balanced with natural fruit and acidity.

Soul White
This semi-sweet white wine is a blend of Ravat (40%), Vidal (40%) and Cayuga (20%). It’s fruity, fresh and energetic.
